Comp: $46-57K/year

We’re working with a large, fast-paced financial services environment seeking an Operations Analyst to join a team focused on reconciliations and audit support. This is a strong opportunity for someone analytical and detail-driven who wants exposure to financial markets, products, and operational risk controls.

• Reviewing and preparing audit-related account information and balance confirmations.
• Working toward daily production targets during peak audit cycles.
• Coordinating with global teammates to share knowledge and best practices.
• Responding to audit and counter party inquiries with quick, accurate turnaround.
• Partnering with internal groups to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Identifying process improvements to strengthen accuracy and efficiency.
• Building working relationships with internal stakeholders across the business.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and a risk-control mindset.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work well in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment.

• Experience in audit, reconciliation, or financial operations.
• Self-starter who takes ownership of their work.
