Web Bank is looking for an Accounting Analyst to join the Finance Team. The Accounting Analyst performs a variety of routine and non‑routine accounting functions with significant focus on General Ledger accounting. This position is also responsible for supporting the Controllers in conducting key activities such as Month‑End and Quarter‑End close, Fixed Assets, Account Reconciliations and Audits. The Accounting Analyst will report to the Assistant Controller.

• Prepare monthly and daily journal entries such as Cash, Prepaids, Depreciation & Amortization, Expense Allocations & Revenue.
• Assist with Month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve accounting issues.
• Assist with Balance Sheet preparation and Monthly Account reconciliations.
• Maintain and update Fixed Asset records.
• Review cash deposits and prepare cash receipt journal entries.
• File and maintain all journal entries for internal and audit purposes.
• Assist in automating processes and procedures.
• Provide support with financial audits.
• Assist with preparation of monthly Accounting and ALCO reports.
• Backup Senior Accountant and Assistant Controller with duties.
• Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
