Responsibilities
  • Administer day‑to‑day equity plan operations, including new grant setup, vesting schedule administration, cancellations/modifications (as applicable), RSU vesting and settlement processing, option exercises, participant support, and ongoing data quality checks, reconciliations, and accurate maintenance of participant and award records.
  • Support payroll and tax‑related equity workflows, including coordination of withholding, reporting inputs, and timelines (U.S. and international as applicable).
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee equity questions; explain plan basics clearly and consistently, using documentation and standard responses.
  • Generate routine reports and deliverables (e.g., vesting activity, exercises/settlements, forfeitures, audit support, HR/Finance reporting) and ensure results are complete and accurate.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Payroll, HR, Legal, Tax, Accounting) and external vendors/brokers to resolve inquiries and operational issues within established SLAs.
  • Assist with month‑end/quarter‑end processes, including equity activity tie‑outs and support for stock‑based compensation accounting workflows (e.g., inputs, audit requests, and reporting support).
  • Maintain and help improve standard operating procedures, job aids, and participant communications; identify process gaps and propose pragmatic improvements.
  • Support compliance activities as needed (e.g., insider trading administration support, documentation retention, SOX/control evidence, audit readiness).
  • Participate in testing and implementation support for enhancements, new award types, vendor changes, or process updates.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of stock plan administration experience, ideally at a publicly traded company or in a comparable high‑growth environment.
  • In‑depth knowledge of equity compensation, securities regulations, tax, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience using a stock plan administration platform (e.g., Share works, E
    * TRADE Equity Edge, Morgan Stanley at Work, Fidelity, Carta) and strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to follow defined processes with strong attention to detail, while also applying judgment to identify issues, troubleshoot, and escalating appropriately.
  • Strong customer‑service mindset with clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable partnering cross‑functionally and building constructive working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • A proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and to build strong working relationships.
  • Experience supporting global equity processes (or desire to grow into them) is a plus.
  • CEP Level II (or progress toward CEP) preferred.
