The LUX Group is a hospitality and event production company built on creativity, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Across our brands we design and execute everything from large-scale events to floral installations, beverage programs, and food service operations. Behind all of that work is a strong financial foundation.
The Controller serves as the financial backbone of the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring our books are accurate, our cash position is well managed, and our leadership team has clear, reliable financial information to guide decisions. Because we operate within hospitality and event production, understanding the pace, seasonality, and cash flow dynamics of the industry is essential. The right candidate is someone who enjoys being deep in the numbers while also understanding how those numbers support the real work happening across our teams and brands.

- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for dashboards and financial models
- The LUX Group is a fast-moving, multi-brand operation. No two months look the same. You will own real financial processes from day one and have direct visibility to ownership decisions. The director team is engaged and expects financial partners who can speak to their numbers clearly and without jargon.
- We offer competitive pay, a collaborative culture, twice-weekly employer-provided meals, and the chance to build something with a team that genuinely cares about the work. We are not a corporate environment and we do not operate like one.
