Growing financial services organization seeking a Collections Specialist to support the end-to-end collections process and help drive revenue recovery.
Responsibilities- Manage and support the collections lifecycle for assigned accounts
- Analyze account activity and determine best collection strategy
- Communicate with customers to resolve outstanding balances
- Investigate payment discrepancies and document collection efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve collection outcomes
- 1–2+ years of collections experience
- Experience in fintech, payments, ecommerce, or financial services preferred
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Excellent organization and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of ACH, credit cards, digital wallets, or other payment processing methods
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
