Junior Analyst

We are looking for a highly analytical, quantitatively strong junior analyst to support performance optimization across merchant accounts, issuers, and payment gateways. This role reports to and works with senior leadership on approval rate optimization, subscription retention modeling, e-commerce business modeling, and transaction-level analytics. You will work with clients to help maintain optimum performance and fraud prevention. You will be expected to analyze and draw conclusions from the data.

• Build and maintain performance dashboards in Excel, Google Sheets, and our in house dashboard.
• Assist in cohort-based retention and rebill performance analysis
• Identify statistically meaningful performance differences across issuers, MIDs, traffic sources

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or similar
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, conditional logic)
• Comfortable working with large datasets
• Ability to explain numbers clearly and precisely
• Demonstrated attention to detail

• SQL experience
• Familiarity with approval rate optimization or fraud analytics
• Experience working with financial or payment data
