Utah First Credit Union is seeking a full-time, 40‑hour a week Commercial Loan Analyst/Processor to join our Commercial Services team at our Salt Lake City, Utah office.

• Analyzes business financial and credit data, computes ratios, verifies income, determines customer financing objectives, and gathers additional required information from applicants. Accurately calculates terms, finance charges, and insurance on loans, and presents a narrative on financial statement and business analysis findings for inclusion in credit approval documents.
• Assumes responsibility for title searches, appraisals, credit reports, and follows through to closing on all supporting documents. Prepares Laser Pro loan documents, title escrow letters, wire transfer forms, and loan funding reconciliations.
• Sets up new and maintains digital loan files. Pulls flood certificates, credit reports, appraisals, environmental reports, title commitments, insurance certificates, verifies that loan documentation is accurate and complete, maintains a log of outstanding items, and follows up for post‑closing file documentation needed for conventional loans, SBA 7a, SBA 504 and USDA loans.

• Competitive wage starting at $25.00 to $28.00 per hour, with potential to earn a quarterly bonus.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, formal training, and experience.
• Two years’ experience in real estate finance processing required.
• Analytic, detail‑oriented, driven, ambitious, and capable of working well individually and with a team.
