Role OverviewAs our Plant Controller, you'll be a key player in our quest for improvement. Your role involves managing finances, overseeing a team, and ensuring smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities• Monitor weekly performance indicators, providing insights for better decisions.
• Analyze productivity projects, comparing with other locations.
• Manage cost accounting, monthly closes, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate on budgets and forecasts with plant and HQ teams.
• Strengthen financial controls and processes.
• Oversee internal controls and coordinate audits.
• Review monthly reconciliations.
• Efficiently use SAP for data analysis.
• Create and maintain SOPs for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with plant departments and manage local procurement.
• Lead special projects and continuous improvement efforts.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Management experience.
• Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive and resilient.
Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 per year. Performance-based bonus: 18%. Relocation assistance for homeowners/renters available.
