Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of the company’s investor relations strategy focused on positioning, messaging, and narrative development.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and the broader investment community; build and maintain credible relationships that reinforce the company’s long‑term investment thesis.
  • Oversee all aspects of quarterly earnings, including narrative and messaging strategy, executive preparation, scripts, presentations, and Q&A.
  • Partner closely with the CFO, CEO, and senior leadership to shape the company’s external narrative and ensure alignment across all communications, including coordination with Corporate Communications and Strategy.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights, including investor sentiment, analyst perspectives, peer positioning, and industry trends; advise leadership on implications and opportunities for messaging refinement and capital markets strategy.
  • Lead investor outreach, including roadshows, conferences, and investor days; design and continuously refine engagement strategy to broaden and strengthen the shareholder base.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all external disclosures in partnership with Finance, Legal, and Communications.
  • Oversee the development of investor materials, including presentations, annual reports, and related disclosures with a focus on clarity, coherence, and storytelling.
  • Manage and continuously improve IR processes, tools, and reporting to enhance efficiency, transparency, and effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related field; MBA, advanced degree, or relevant capital markets experience preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in investor relations, capital markets, strategic communications, corporate strategy, or investor‑facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, valuation drivers, and public company disclosure requirements, with the ability to interpret—not just generate—financial analysis.
  • Proven experience advising senior executives and influencing strategic decision‑making.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, compelling messages.
  • Strong executive presence with credibility among investors, analysts, and senior leadership.
