Service Professional – Client Service Center, Wealth Management Operations

We're seeking a Service Professional to support clients with general customer service and technology support within the Client Service Center of Wealth Management Operations. This associate level role partners with business units to support financial transactions, implement controls, and develop client relationships.

• Execute complex processes and assist a Team Manager in coordinating processes, risks, and/or projects.
• Identify risk in day-to-day processes, draw out key issues, and propose process changes.
• Train team members, allocate tasks, and provide first-line escalation support as needed.
• Share expert knowledge across the team, contribute to team output, and build relationships across the Firm.

• Comprehensive knowledge of functional area and operational/compliance policies and procedures.
• Ability to work independently with regards to certain responsibilities.
• Strong alignment with Operations culture and the firm’s core values.
• Experience partnering with and maintaining relationships with key vendor contacts.
• At least four years of relevant experience.
