Bank Customer Service
Minimum Pay
Minimum pay is $17an hour.
Responsibilities- Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
- Identify and address clients' needs by providing a variety of services which may include opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activation ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc.
- Resolve client problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
- Identify and maximize cross‑sell opportunities by exploring client needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience.
- Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
- Solid balancing and customer service skills; ability to cross‑sell bank products based on client needs.
- Experience selling products and services based on customer needs preferred.
- Retail Support covers a geographical area; mileage reimbursements are provided whenever an employee travels over 25 miles round‑trip from their home.
- Primary coverage includes the Western Salt Lake and Tooele County area. Employees may be sent to cover shifts as far north as Centerville/Bountiful, as far east as Park City, Kamas, and Coalville, and as far south as Draper and Riverton.
- Employees averaging over 20 hours per week may be entitled to participate in benefit plans under standard eligibility rules.
