Senior Treasury Analyst – Cash and Liquidity Management

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and oversee operational aspects of the bank's cash and liquidity management function.
• Manage the bank’s cash flow operations, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Safeguard balance sheet resilience through rigorous liquidity stress testing and ensure compliance with LCR and NSFR regulatory requirements.
• Build best-in‑class operational processes, policies, and controls to support the bank's growth and regulatory compliance.

• Three years of experience in cash management operations within a regulated banking environment.
• Strong understanding of banking payment systems (wire transfers, ACH, real‑time payments) and their underlying operational mechanics.
• Proficiency in developing and managing cash forecasting models and providing timely data to internal stakeholders.
• In‑depth knowledge of internal controls, risk management best practices, and regulatory compliance (e.g., BSA/AML, NACHA rules) pertaining to cash operations, with a strong emphasis on maintaining an audit‑ready environment.
• Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with business continuity planning for critical financial operations.
