CSC Generation continues to grow through M&A, acquiring iconic consumer and retail brands and revitalizing them through operational transformation. The company is seeking a senior investment leader to drive that engine, originating transactions, leading deals from LOI through close, and partnering with operators to create lasting value across the portfolio. Reporting to the CEO, the Private Equity Vice President will own the full deal lifecycle across consumer, retail, ecommerce, and adjacent sectors while shaping portfolio value-creation plans alongside brand CEOs and CSC operating leaders.

Responsibilities include developing and executing sector theses and sourcing strategies in categories such as home, outdoor, specialty retail, and DTC/ecommerce; building relationships with investment bankers, brokers, advisors, lenders, and executives to generate proprietary deal flow; serving as deal captain on transactions from LOI through close, including structuring, negotiation, diligence, financing, and documentation; and partnering with portfolio company CEOs to design and oversee value-creation plans covering merchandising, channel strategy, pricing, digital acquisition, and supply chain efficiency.

Required qualifications include 8-12+ years of experience in investing and/or transaction-oriented roles, with significant time in private equity, special situations, or distressed investing; prior background in investment banking, restructuring advisory, or top-tier strategy consulting; a proven track record as deal lead on multiple closed transactions including buyouts and corporate carve-outs; and expert financial and transaction skills including LBO modeling and capital structure optimization.

The role is hybrid, based in Salt Lake City, Austin, Toronto, or California.
