- Transform originator underwriting guidelines into programmatic review templates using advanced Excel modeling.
- Design and maintain automated validation systems for client‑specific lending criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate guidelines into Setpoint's platform.
- Support rated and non‑rated securitization reporting initiatives.
- Create and update reports for portfolio analysis and client reviews.
- Work directly with clients to implement guideline updates and maintain accuracy.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial services or a related field.
- Expert‑level Excel skills with demonstrated ability to create complex models.
- Strong analytical mindset and proven problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- A bias toward action, including the ability to push projects forward with minimal supervision, and bring an ownership mentality to their work.
- Willingness to work from our South Jordan office.
