Overview
UMB’s Specialty Corporate Trust team offers a variety of trust services to the structured finance world for aviation, rail and real estate. The SCT Aviation Associate Relationship Manager role supports the team by partnering with Relationship Managers on client support including new account set‑up, account updates, client invoicing, document control and administrative support. The position is fast‑paced with monthly deadlines and requires strong teamwork skills.
Responsibilities- Process large volume of money movements in ACH, Wire and Swift/ISO formats.
- Support Relationship Management by managing a book of business for a defined set of clients.
- Build and maintain accurate Excel workbooks to manage financial loan schedules.
- Use customer service skills to communicate with high‑profile clients worldwide regarding trust‑related matters.
- Perform daily account reconciliation to ensure trust portfolios are balanced in accordance with trust documents.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2 – 4 years of relevant experience.
$51,291 – $62,689. The posted compensation range represents UMB’s good faith estimate based on its budget; actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job‑related factors.
