Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, managing, and delivering large, unusually complex, and strategic cross-functional business initiatives and programs.
• Uses independent judgment and exerts significant latitude toaccomplishobjectiveswithout considerable direction, providing highly creative solutions to complex problems.
• Collaborates with business units, Business Line Sponsors, and managers to develop solution roadmaps that support various affiliate, divisional, and corporate initiatives.
• Directly interacts with senior business line leadership, management, and senior customer personnel, often performing a primary project leadership role across organizational lines.
• Develops andmaintainsmaster programs, including comprehensive schedule, resource planning, and interdependency management.
• Directs andfacilitatesthe definition of program/project scope, defines project tasks, anddeterminesresource requirements to ensure projects are delivered on time, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet customer expectations.
