This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global Finance team as we continue to support scalable growth through accurate compensation processes and data-driven insights. The Commission Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate commission calculations while partnering cross-functionally to improve transparency, reporting, and incentive effectiveness. This individual will support the administration and optimization of sales compensation plans across multiple regions and business lines.

The position is full‑time, based in our global headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah, and reports to the Sr. Financial Analyst.

• Calculate, validate, and process monthly and quarterly commission payouts for global sales teams
• Maintain commission models, supporting schedules, and reconciliation files to ensure payout accuracy
• Analyze quota attainment, payout trends, and compensation expense to provide actionable insights
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and HR to resolve compensation inquiries and clarify plan interpretation
• Assist in forecasting commission expense and supporting budgeting processes
• Support the design, modeling, and refinement of one‑off incentive compensation plans
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities within commission reporting workflows
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements related to compensation processes
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility into sales performance

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 1‑3 years of experience in finance, sales operations, compensation analysis, or related field
• Strong Excel skills including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Domo (preferred), Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non‑financial stakeholders
• Collaborative approach and ability to work cross‑functionally in a global environment

The Base Salary for this role is $74k-$96k USD , however, Packsize considers several factors when determining compensation when extending a job offer, including but not limited to, the role being offered, the associated responsibilities, the candidate's prior work experience education / training, and any special skills.
