EHR Specialist ; Financial

General Purpose We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Financial Point Click Care  Configuration and Support professionals to join our team as a EHR Specialist I. This role is essential in providing comprehensive support to ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes. The ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of Long Term Care billing, LTC/Insurance Contract comprehension, 3+ years of PCC Financial software experience and demonstrate excellent analytical skills, enabling them to assist in various financial tasks while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Essential Duties Point Click Care  Financial Configuration tasks, not limited to setting up new Contracts, updating Rates, Claim testing, PCC error investigation and resolution.

Audits Support the finance team with configuration and maintenance of Point Click Care  financial records.

Respond to inquiries related to financial processes and provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with team members and provide PCC education as needed.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information while adhering to company policies.

Support additional software platforms utilized by the Accounts Receivable team such as Waystar and RFMS.Assignment of additional Financial tasks as needed.

QualificationsPCC financial software experience is required.
3+ years LTC LTC Regional AR experience required.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to manage time and complete tasks timely.

A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred:

Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Preferred)
Point Click Care  Financial multi-facility configuration experience- 3 years (Required)
LTC Accounts Receivable - Regional AR Consultant: 3 years (Required)
Physical Demands Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer workstation, with extensive use of monitors, keyboard, and mouse.

Frequent use of fine motor skills for typing, data entry, and system navigation, requiring repetitive hand and finger movements.

Visual acuity to read, analyze, and interpret detailed financial data, reports, and system configurations for extended periods.

Ability to communicate effectively through speaking, hearing, and understanding verbal and written instructions in a professional setting.

Occasional standing, walking, or lifting of items up to 10–15 pounds, such as files or office equipment.
