Client Services Associate

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and client‑focused Client Service Ops Associate to support our Client Services team. This role is essential to delivering a seamless client experience, ensuring operational excellence, and enabling advisors to focus on strategic relationship management. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑touch environment.

• Support onboarding of new clients, including account setup, documentation, and coordination with custodians.
• Serve as a primary operational point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Work with Trading and Operations for client account maintenance, deposits/withdrawals, and document submissions.
• Prepare reports, performance summaries, and meeting materials for advisors as needed.
• Maintain CRM records, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Support advisors with workflow management, pipeline tracking, and client service initiatives

• Ensure all client deliverables, follow-up items, and service requests are handled with precision and timeliness
• Coordinate with internal teams to support onboarding, account maintenance, and ongoing service needs
• Maintain high standards of organization, documentation, and communication
• Work closely with advisors, portfolio managers, operations, and compliance teams to deliver a cohesive client experience.
• Participate in internal projects aimed at improving processes, technology use, and service delivery.
• Contribute to a positive, solutions‑oriented team culture.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field—or equivalent relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a client‑facing operational role.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with and proficiency in platforms similar to our core systems (Schwab, Sales Force, MS Office, etc.) is preferred.

This role reports directly to Ruairi Chapman, Director Client Services, with close collaboration across Alta’s investment, trading, operations and client service teams.
