Pay Range: $75,200.00 - $

• Compile, analyze, and synthesize financial and business information into clear, concise business cases and executive-level presentation materials.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, evaluate market positioning, conduct due diligence on prospective investment opportunities, and develop financial models to assess expected returns.
• Research industries and market niches to identify growth rates, market size, emerging trends, and best practices.
• Prepare investment and marketing materials, including private placement memoranda (PPMs), term sheets, and investor presentations.
• Maintain and track investor commentary, feedback, and interest in target opportunities; monitor market activity to support communications with fund managers and limited partners.
• Assist in developing scalable processes and operational structures to support Juvo's growth from a startup organization to a franchise operation.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

• Ability to develop and articulate investment strategies while supporting deal sourcing, evaluation, and due diligence activities.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to establish and leverage professional networks.
