Utah State Courts seeks two experienced officials to serve as District Court Commissioners in the newly established Debt Collection and Housing Action Division. These positions have statewide jurisdiction and will be housed within the Matheson Courthouse, Salt Lake City.
Division Commissioners are appointed by the Judicial Council and operate under the Board of District Court Judges. Candidates must be a member of the Utah State Bar in good standing, a U.S.
