Wellness Facilitator

We are seeking a full-time Wellness Facilitator to join our team at our Salt Lake City, UT location. In this on-site role, the Wellness Facilitator will design and implement programs that promote the health and well-being of employees and member stores. Responsibilities include developing wellness initiatives, conducting employee training sessions, organizing wellness events, monitoring participation, and evaluating program outcomes. Additionally, this role entails collaborating with management and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Experience in wellness program development, employee engagement, and health promotion
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task effectively
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills
• Knowledge of health and wellness best practices, including mindfulness, fitness programs, and nutritional education
• Ability to implement and use tools or platforms for tracking wellness program participation and outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teams and build positive relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Wellness, Human Resources, or related field preferred
• Experience in retail or corporate environments is a plus
