About this role:

As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Gastroenterology, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.? In this role you will treat patients with the following conditions: GERD/acid reflux, IBS, Crohns disease, Ulcerative colitis, liver disease/hepatitis, Celiac disease, gallbladder disease, etc.

This position includes up to?$7,500
?in relocation assistance when applicable

You will practice at Avenues Gastroenterology in Salt Lake City, Utah

You will have 32 patient facing hours per week and work in clinic on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays with admin time on Wednesdays

What youll bring:

• APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
• BLS and active DEA, required
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
