Salt Lake, Lehi, Provo, and Layton. This position will require you to split time between two of these locations, with the possibility of covering at the others as needed. Best of all? There are no weekends required for this position!

Here’s a sneak peek at your daily tasks:
- Patient Care and History:
You’ll greet pediatric patients and their families, collect important medical history, and help ensure each child feels comfortable, safe, and cared for. - Casting & Clinic Care:
Help apply and remove custom casts, assist with removing surgical pins, sutures, and post-op dressings, and guide patients on how to use braces, boots, crutches, splints, and other Durable Medical Equipment ( DME ). - Clinic Support:
Maintain clinic operations, document in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system with accuracy, and coordinate appointments and scheduling to ensure smooth day-to-day flow. - Back Office Support:
Answer patient calls, prep charts, and make post-op follow-up calls to support efficiency behind the scenes.

Ability to perform all job duties and provide quality care with a smooth clinic experience. - Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members. - Specialty Proficiency:
Demonstrate proficiency in the clinic’s orthopedic skills within six weeks of hire. Specialty skills will be introduced after basic competency testing. - Safety First:
Potential exposure to bodily fluids, blood, used needles, and other contaminants; adhere to safety protocols. - Physical Demands:
Ability to stand for long periods, transfer patients, hold extremities, and operate equipment; ability to move and position as required.
