Our Pediatric Orthopaedic team serves patients across multiple locations, supporting providers, clinical teams, and front-office staff in delivering coordinated, compassionate care. As Clinic Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping clinic culture, driving performance, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

ResponsibilitiesLead & Develop the Team
- Directly supervise supervisors, front office staff, and clinical support teams
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor team members
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and accountability
- Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement
- Lead regular staff and leadership meetings to drive alignment and engagement
Drive Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily clinic operations across multiple sites
- Monitor staffing models, schedules, and coverage to ensure efficient workflows
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards
- Maintain readiness for audits, inspections, and quality initiatives
Partner with Providers & Leadership
- Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers to optimize clinic flow
- Support service line growth, new provider onboarding, and clinic expansion efforts
- Use data and reporting tools to track productivity, access, and performance metrics
- Participate in strategic planning and department initiatives
Financial & Administrative Oversight
- Monitor clinic budgets, productivity targets, and resource utilization
- Review revenue cycle workflows to ensure accuracy in scheduling, registration, and authorizations
- Support supply management, capital requests, and operational planning
Minimum Qualifications
EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor's degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).
Department may hire employee at one of the following job levels:
- Senior Manager, Operations Management - Division/Business Unit (Non-Executive):
Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) + 8 years or a master's (or equivalency) + 6 years of directly related work experience.
