From upscale dining at The Roof Restaurant overlooking the Salt Lake Valley to elegant banquets and celebrations, our team delivers exceptional hospitality, outstanding food, and memorable guest experiences.

We’re looking for passionate professionals who take pride in their craft and want to contribute to a team known for excellence.

Part-time | 15–25 hours/week | 3–4 shifts

• Set up banquet and event spaces according to detailed banquet event orders (BEOs) and management direction
• Serve plated meals, buffet service, and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor guest needs throughout events and anticipate service requirements
• Clear tables and maintain a clean, organized event environment during service
• Assist with event teardown, resetting spaces, and post-event cleanup
• Work collaboratively with banquet captains, kitchen staff, and event coordinators to ensure smooth event execution
• Maintain high service standards and professional guest interactions throughout events
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Previous experience in banquet service, catering, or hospitality roles preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and professionally in a fast-paced environment
• Consistent reliability and punctuality
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization
• Professional appearance and demeanor

• May be required to work outside of regular business hours, including weekends, early mornings, and holidays, to accommodate business needs
• Standing and walking for extended periods of time
• Ability to repetitively bend, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check, as well as abide by all company policies
• Takes on additional duties as required or assigned by management

$18.00 - $21.00/hr this range is inclusive of multiple job levels. Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to evaluation of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant along with internal equity and alignment with market data.
