Our resort features multiple dining venues, including Osteria Sierra, Cutthroat’s Saloon, In Room Dining, Tahoe Provisions, and seasonal outlets like the Stillwater Pool Bar & Grill . Position Overview

The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will support the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction. This role involves close collaboration with the Food & Beverage leadership team to uphold our high standards and foster an engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of assigned outlets, including seasonal venues.
  • Assist with scheduling, payroll, inventory, and purchasing.
  • Train and develop team members in alignment with Hyatt and Forbes standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization across all venues.
  • Provide visible leadership on the floor to support staff and address guest needs.
  • Handle guest feedback and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive operations.
  • Act as a first responder for guest and colleague safety concerns.
Qualifications
  • Previous leadership experience in food and beverage or restaurant operations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
