Description
The Spa Attendant supports the daily operations of the spa, salon, pool, and fitness facilities by delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. In alignment with Forbes Five-Star service standards, this role greets and orients guests, assists with facility needs, and ensures all guest amenities are fully stocked and maintained.
To ensure guest comfort and privacy within spa locker rooms and gender-designated areas, attendants may be assigned to work in male or female designated facilities consistent with their gender.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in guests entering the spa, pool, and fitness facilities.
- Orient guests to amenities, locker rooms, and spa facilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all guest areas to Forbes Five-Star standards.
- Ensure amenities such as towels, robes, and toiletries are stocked and readily available.
- Provide attentive guest service and respond promptly to guest needs.
- Support daily spa operations and assist team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused demeanor.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Basic phone and computer skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the facility.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English and work collaboratively within a team environment.
