Description
bio Merieux is looking for a Senior Sourcing Specialist – known as a Talent Sourcing & Engagement Partner within the company. This Talent Sourcing & Engagement Partner works as a member of the Talent Acquisition team to identify talent pools, develop sourcing strategies, and to build talent communities and pipelines to meet company-wide staffing goals related to a variety of administrative roles (i.e. marketing, sales, commercial, medical affairs, and more).
This position will leverage multiple recruiting sourcing techniques to identify top talent to staff open positions and to meet future needs. In addition to sourcing activities, this position will be responsible for managing relationships with external staffing partners, defining and leading college recruitment strategies in assigned geographies, nurturing our talent community, and ensuring a diverse and inclusive process and talent pool.
PrimaryDuties
- Identify and attract top talent through a variety of sourcing techniques, including cold calling, strategic Boolean searches, networking, social media, and other platforms and methods
- Partner closely with the business to understand long‑term staffing needs and develop strategies to meet these needs
- Define, steward, and market our employer value proposition and look for opportunities to partner with local communities to share our story
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidates
- Creating innovative and inclusive sourcing strategies to ensure a diverse pool of candidates
- Delivering exceptional candidate care
- Maintaining database of candidate contact information and interest
- Developing and executing college recruiting strategies for assigned geographies
- Building and maintaining digital and social media recruitment marketing campaigns
- Developing and nurturing strong network of contacts and diverse candidate pipelines
- Conduct market research for assigned verticals and geographies
- Perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor degree required
- 6+ years of talent sourcing and/or full cycle recruiting experience
- Must be adept with the use of social media platforms and applicant tracking systems (experience with Jobvite or Success Factors is a plus)
- Previous experience in a staffing agency or executive/administrative recruiting firm is preferred
- Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), Certified Social and New Media Recruiter (CSMR) and/or SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credentials preferred

- Skilled in MS Office tools to include but not limited to Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
- Linked In recruiting/research
- Employment law and compliance requirements governing recruiting
- Strategic sourcing and research skills
The estimated salary range for this role based in Utah is between $80,000 – $98,000. This role is eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and individual performance per bio Merieux’s bonus program. This range may differ from ranges offered for similar positions elsewhere in the country given differences in cost of living. Actual compensation within this range is determined based on the successful candidate’s experience and will be presented in writing at the time of the offer.
