Data Scientist

I’m currently partnering with a well-established SaaS company operating in a regulated industry, supporting thousands of organizations globally.

They’re expanding their analytics function and are looking to hire a Data Scientist to work closely with Product and Engineering on predictive modeling, analytics, and data-driven features used directly in production.

What the role looks like

This is a hands-on data science position focused on real use cases rather than pure research or reporting.

You’ll be involved across the full lifecycle:

• data extraction and transformation
• statistical and machine learning modeling
• experimentation and forecasting
• deployment and monitoring

The work feeds directly into customer-facing products and operational decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deploy predictive and statistical models
• Develop scalable data pipelines using Python and SQL
• Apply forecasting, experimentation, and analytics techniques
• Partner closely with product managers and engineers
• Monitor data quality and model performance in production

Background they’re looking for

• Experience in data science, applied analytics, or machine learning
• Strong Python and SQL skills
• Good statistical foundations (regression, time series, experimentation)
• Exposure to cloud platforms or distributed data environments
• Experience in SaaS or complex data environments preferred
