The ideal candidate will be career oriented with extensive experience in a hands-on IT support role, excellent communication skills, ability to interact/support with C-level executives and a willingness to learn new technologies. Most of the work revolves around break/fix and event planning/preparation but could vary with any ad-hoc requests from the end u . This person should have experience supporting a wide variety of end user technologies (desktops, printers, laptops, connectivity, AV, conference rooms, etc.)
and be looking to grow within an organization.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience working in a Desktop Support role within an enterprise organization
- Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft Suite
- Extensive experience with hardware and software related support issues
- Use of Service Now ticketing system
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting Macs
- Experience supporting/troubleshooting mobiles devices
