Implementation Specialist

We are looking for an energetic individual to join our team as an Implementation Specialist. You will lead customers through the successful onboarding and adoption of our software and act as a trusted partner—translating customer needs into configured solutions, managing implementation timelines, and ensuring customers are set up for long‑term success.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Prior experience working in a customer‑facing role preferred
• Superior verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail
• Analytical and process‑oriented mindset
• Strong understanding of software systems, workflows, and integrations (APIs, SSO, data imports a plus)
• Active team player, self‑starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
• Experience working in a startup or fast‑paced environment is a plus
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
• Must pass a drug test and background check, to the extent permitted by law
• Must be able to work at our Salt Lake City HQ at least 3x/week
