Overview

IFA Brand Team is on the lookout for a versatile, user-obsessed Web Integration & Experience Specialist to join our e-commerce team. If you love building seamless web experiences, connecting systems so data flows where it should, and optimizing sites for real people, this could be your ideal role—especially if rural life, agriculture, and community storytelling speak to you.

In this role, you'll connect platforms (CMS, e‑commerce, CRM, analytics), improve site performance and accessibility, and help design user journeys that inform, inspire, and drive action. You'll collaborate with designers, content teams, and IT partners to launch features, fix issues, and make our web ecosystem stronger every sprint.

We're looking for someone who's equal parts problem-solver and collaborator—detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable working independently or as part of a cross‑functional crew.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with creative, marketing, and IT teams to translate business goals into clear website enhancements
  • Map user journeys and recommend improvements to IA, navigation, and content layout
  • Maintain brand consistency across web templates, components, and micro-interactions
  • Support campaign landing pages with strong UX, mobile-first design, and conversion best practices
Systems Integration
  • Connect and maintain integrations across CMS, CRM/marketing automation, e‑commerce, search, and analytics tools
  • Implement and troubleshoot APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines (e.g., product feeds, store locators, inventory, event registration)
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to scope, test, and deploy integrations
  • Document integration architecture, dependencies, and version history
Site Management & Content Operations
  • Manage CMS components, templates, and modules; support content authors with best practices
  • Publish, QA, and optimize pages for speed, SEO, accessibility, and responsiveness
  • Maintain a tidy asset library (media, components, scripts) and enforce naming/versioning conventions
  • Coordinate deployment schedules and manage staging-to-production workflows
Quality Assurance & Performance
  • Monitor uptime, page speed, and error logs—proactively flag and resolve issues
  • Conduct accessibility checks (contrast, alt text, keyboard nav, ARIA) and recommend fixes
  • Configure and validate analytics tracking, pixels, and tags; maintain a clean data layer
  • Build dashboards and reports to track key KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions, site health)
  • Run A/B tests and iterate on UX, content, and forms based on insights
  • Partner with SEO to improve technical health (sitemaps, schema, redirects, core vitals)
  • Serve as a go‑to resource for web requests, triaging tickets and prioritizing work
  • Train non-technical teammates on CMS workflows and publishing guidelines
  • Contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and documentation
  • Work cross‑functionally to support retail, agronomy, animal nutrition, and member programs online
