We’re looking for a CMDB Administrator to help maintain and improve our client's Service Now Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This role supports the accuracy of configuration item (CI) data and the overall health of our client's IT environment.
Responsibilities- Update and maintain CI records in the CMDB
- Support data accuracy, audits, and basic relationship mapping
- Work with IT teams to ensure CMDB information remains current
- Assist with general ITSM/Service Now activities as needed
- Experience with Service Now (CMDB, ITSM, or related areas)
- Basic understanding of configuration items and CI data
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data
Good communication and collaboration skills
- Exposure to ITIL concepts
- Experience with Service Now Discovery (optional)
