MKS2 Technologies, LLC is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced artificial intelligence solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
Role OverviewThe AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy advanced artificial intelligence solutions—including Microsoft Copilot capabilities—within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. This role requires hands‑on experience customizing AI‑driven processes, integrating with Dynamics 365 (Power Platform, Dataverse), and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver automation and enhanced user experiences. The engineer will focus on CRM and healthcare‑related applications, particularly those supporting call center operations, ensuring intelligent automation, streamlined workflows, and improved patient or customer service outcomes in regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities- Copilot & Dynamics Integration:
Design, build, and enhance Microsoft Copilot (out‑of‑the‑box and custom) features within Dynamics 365 for case management and business processes. - AI Solution Development:
Create machine learning models, NLP solutions, and data‑driven automation supporting Copilot and Dynamics workloads. - Custom AI Implementation:
Architect and deploy custom AI models or algorithms tailored to unique business or VA requirements, ensuring seamless integration with Dynamics 365 and related systems. - Data Engineering:
Prepare, process, and analyze data from Dataverse, Power Platform, and external VA systems to enable AI capabilities. - Prototyping & POCs:
Translate business requirements into proof‑of‑concept Copilot use cases; demo, refine, and iterate solutions. - Testing & Validation:
Lead testing, performance monitoring, and real‑world validation of AI solutions. - Documentation & Training:
Produce documentation and support end‑user training and solution hand‑off to operations teams. - Continuous Improvement:
Monitor solution performance, gather feedback, and recommend enhancements while staying current on Microsoft/Azure AI advancements. - Compliance & Security:
Ensure all AI solutions adhere to VA, federal, and organizational standards for privacy, security, and ethical AI use.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field.
- 3+ years of hands‑on AI/ML engineering experience within enterprise or cloud environments.
- Expertise with Microsoft Azure AI services (AI Builder, Azure Cognitive Services, Power Platform AI integrations).
- Experience with Dynamics 365 APIs and developing custom plugins/extensions.
- Strong development skills in Python and/or C#.
- Familiarity with NLP, ML model deployment, and data engineering best practices.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum environments and cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing with technical and business stakeholders.
- Microsoft certifications (Azure AI Engineer Associate, Power Platform certifications).
- Experience supporting government or healthcare environments (VA preferred).
- Prior experience deploying Copilot or similar Microsoft AI‑driven automations.
- Understanding of Power BI and integrating AI outputs into dashboards.
- Delivery of Copilot‑enabled processes that improve user efficiency and insight.
- Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on business‑driven AI solutions.
- Strong documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to end‑users and stakeholders.
