They are hiring a Consulting Engineer who can operate across pre-sales + post-sales delivery
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys discovery and solutioning with customers, building solid architectures, and then rolling up their sleeves to implement and troubleshoot in real environments. A key differentiator: the team is looking for strong Dev Ops/SRE + cloud engineering skills plus experience with contact center technologies

Pre-Sales (Solutioning + Customer Engagement)
- Partner with sales and engineering to understand customer needs and craft tailored technical solutions
- Deliver technical presentations, demos, and workshops
- Create solution architectures, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs) aligned to best practices
- Serve as the technical SME—answering questions and removing risk during the sales cycle
- Lead design and deployment of complex solutions aligned with architectural standards
- Provide hands-on integration, troubleshooting, and stabilization support
- Develop and deliver technical training for customers and internal teams
- Help improve service offerings, reusable patterns, and delivery methodologies
- 5+ years hands-on Dev Ops / SRE experience
- Experience with API integrations and microservices concepts
- Strong CI/CD experience (e.g.,
Jenkins, Git Lab CI/CD, Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions
) - Deep Infrastructure-as-Code experience (
Terraform strongly preferred; Pulumi/Cloud Formation helpful) - Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (
AWS, Azure, or GCP
) across compute/network/storage/security - Monitoring/logging experience (e.g.,
Prometheus/Grafana, ELK, Splunk
) - Strong Git-based workflows and collaboration habits
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex technical topics for mixed audiences
- Understanding of contact center operations, workflows, and KPIs
- Experience with call routing, IVR design, agent desktop tools, and reporting
- Hands-on experience with Cisco UCCX (deployment/config/troubleshooting)
- Familiarity with UCCX scripting, Finesse customization, and integration with Cisco collaboration products (e.g.,
CUCM, CUBE
) is highly valued - Exposure to contact center reporting/analytics platforms
- Multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud experience
- Familiarity with Hashi Corp ecosystem beyond Terraform (
Vault, Consul, Nomad
)
