The G&A Org includes our finance, legal, people, and recruiting teams. This pillar supports the operational health of our business and ensures every employee has the tools and support to be successful.

As the backbone of Pave's platform, our G&A teams enable us to scale efficiently while maintaining compliance in the complex compensation landscape. The finance team ensures capital allocation aligns with our growth strategy, while legal safeguards our innovative compensation data products.

Our Legal team operates as a strategic partner to the business, enabling Pave's rapid growth while managing the regulatory and compliance requirements that come with handling sensitive compensation data across multiple jurisdictions. As we scale to support an expanding enterprise customer base, we need operational excellence and automation to prevent Legal from becoming a bottleneck while maintaining appropriate risk oversight. This Legal Operations Manager role will build the infrastructure, workflows, and self-service tools that allow our small Legal team to scale effectively and empower business teams to move quickly within well-defined guardrails.

Contract Management & Administration

• Manage contract workflows for standard commercial agreements, including customer agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and DPAs
• Conduct initial contract reviews and identify issues requiring attorney escalation
• Coordinate contract redlines and negotiations with business stakeholders and legal counsel
• Track contract status, deadlines, and key obligations throughout the contract lifecycle
• Handle NDA intake, routing, and execution process
• Maintain contract repository and ensure accurate documentation of all agreements
• Support enterprise sales cycles by managing contract logistics and business terms within approved parameters

Legal Operations & Process Management

• Design and implement legal workflows and playbooks that enable self-service and reduce bottlenecks
• Operationalize contract lifecycle management systems and automation tools
• Build and maintain contract templates, clause libraries, and legal resources for business teams
• Develop intake and triage systems to efficiently route legal requests
• Track legal metrics and KPIs to identify process improvement opportunities

Knowledge Management

• Maintain organized repository of executed contracts, legal documents, and compliance materials
• Document legal processes, workflows, and institutional knowledge
• Generate regular reports on contract pipeline, cycle times, and process metrics
• Create and update internal wikis, knowledge bases, and training materials for business users

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of contract management, legal operations, or related experience in a technology or SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and standard business terms
