* Serve as the enterprise owner and single point of accountability for the Trend Smart/Trend Wise E  platform.
* Define and drive the strategic roadmap for platform enhancements and performance optimization.
* Lead cross-functional initiatives aligning platform capabilities with enterprise objectives.
* Develop business cases and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
* Establish and monitor platform performance metrics and utilization trends.
* Own and govern user access provisioning and lifecycle management.
* Design and deliver role-based training and maintain platform documentation.
* Oversee expert-level issue resolution and act as final authority on data interpretation.
* Lead enhancement lifecycle including requirements, UAT, and production readiness.
* Manage vendor relationship ensuring SLA compliance and service quality.
* Own data governance, refresh processes, audits, and compliance escalation.

The expected hiring range for a
** Senior Employer Based Reporting Platform Managers
** is $92,700 – 125,400 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; performance history; and work location. The bonus target for this position is 15%. The current full salary range for this role is $87,000 - $142,000. #LI-hybrid
