  • You’ve experience administering standard SaaS tech stack (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
  • You’re approachable, trustworthy, and genuinely enjoy solving problems for others.
  • You’re comfortable with the physical side of IT - whether it’s tracing a cable, assembling a rack, or fine-tuning an A/V setup.
  • You understand networking fundamentals and can troubleshoot wired and wireless connectivity issues with confidence.

Don’t worry if you don’t tick every box in order to apply, we’re always happy to review applications and take all experience into consideration. We do our best to provide feedback where we can!

  • macOS-specific MDM admin experience (e.g. Jamf, Kandji).
  • You’ve hands‑on experience managing Apple devices at scale.
  • Information Security experience (e.g. awareness / experience in relevant security controls required by ISO 27001 and SOC II).
  • Networking certifications or experience in WiFi and/or wired network design & troubleshooting.
  • IAM experience/certification (e.g. Okta, One Login, etc.).
  • Scripting experience in Bash, Python, etc.
