Qualifications

  • Problem Solving: Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.

    Experience:

    At least one full year of specialized experience equivalent for GS-12 grade level in Federal service evaluating and resolving hardware and software problems; providing user training and assistance on variety of routine applications; planning and improving information systems to meet the needs of customer requirements; troubleshooting end user computer hardware and software issues; configuring, installing, and maintaining network systems including hubs, routers, switches, bridges, servers, workstation and mobile device troubleshooting and support, and related hardware;

    and maintaining systems accounts with various enterprise software programs.
