Comp: $60-85K/year

We’re working with a rapidly growing investment technology firm that specializes in alternative asset platforms and is building out its operations team in Salt Lake City.

This is a high-visibility opportunity for a client-facing operations professional who thrives at the intersection of finance and technology. You’ll sit at the center of platform delivery, ensuring operational excellence, solving complex technical issues, and driving an exceptional client experience.

• Serve as a platform subject matter expert and trusted resource to clients and internal stakeholders
• Manage end-to-end operational workflows and recurring deliverables with precision
• Partner with Product and Technology teams to troubleshoot issues and identify root causes
• Support fund launches and ongoing platform activity across alternative investment offerings
• Own ticket queues, meet SLAs, and prioritize high-impact requests
• Enhance documentation and streamline processes to improve scalability

• 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing finance or fintech environment
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort navigating complex systems
• Experience breaking down technical issues into actionable solutions
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workflows
• Clear communicator who can translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership

• Competitive base salary range: $60-85K/year
