You’ll drive how we measure the health, adoption, and effectiveness of our platform experience. You will bridge the gap between user behavior and data insights, ensuring our efforts to unify and scale our platform translate directly into maximum value for our clients.
You will use your analytical expertise to map user journeys, dissect complex workflows, and establish metric frameworks that prove our platform is seamless, efficient, and foundational to rapid product scaling. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our product and design decisions are deeply rooted in data.
Addepar takes a market‑based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job‑related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The current range for this role is $97,000 – $121,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits. Applicants must be based in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, or Ontario.
What You’ll Do- Own the development, operationalization and reporting.
- Use metrics to measure usability, workflow orchestration efficiency, software reusability, platform adoption (time to value and satisfaction), integration and platform capabilities, data quality and operability.
- Assess data availability and quality, and work with data engineers to ensure required data sets are extracted and transformed for analysis.
- Analyze and visualize data to generate actionable insights for business partners.
- Present findings and recommendations to business partners.
- Enable self‑service monitoring of key metrics through a good dashboard experience, documentation and business partner training.
A fast learner with a growth mindset. You don't need to be a Wealth Management expert on day one, but you must be eager to dive deep into our business strategy, financial products, and development lifecycle. You take an iterative approach to solving complex problems. You have a strong grasp of User Experience for both external clients and internal engineering partners, allowing you to effectively measure engagement, adoption, and platform health across different contexts.
You understand the dangers of measuring the wrong things for too long, or the right things at the wrong time. You are familiar with concepts such as HEART metrics, SLOs/SLAs, DORA metrics, and have experience designing, maturing, operating, and building automated reporting of bespoke metrics. You understand how humans interpret data and have a foundation in design thinking.
