Senior Data Scientist TS​/SCI Clearance - Nalley Consulting

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy predictive models and AI solutions to support Air Combat Command mission objectives.
• Perform end‑to‑end data pipelines: data acquisition, cleaning, feature engineering, and model validation using Python and SQL.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and engineers to translate operational requirements into analytical deliverables.
• Create clear visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to senior leadership and technical stakeholders.
• Maintain strict compliance with security protocols, TS/SCI clearance requirements, and polygraph standards.

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (or 10+ years relevant experience).
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience building machine‑learning and deep‑learning models in Python.
• Proficiency with SQL for data extraction and manipulation from large relational databases.
• Demonstrated ability to produce actionable visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to pass a polygraph.
