We are hiring immediately for Inbound Technical Support Process For US Shift.

Job Role:

Attaining inbound calls from customers regarding printers, routers, e-mails, etc. Analyzing the issues correctly and selling the relevant plans and software.

Must have experience in outbound tech process for more than 6 months.

Must be able to close calls and take payments from the customers.

Must be confident in pitching about the service plans to the customers.

Must be very fluent in English.

Must be comfortable for night shift.

We seek candidates with excellent communication skills and at least 6 months experience in international outbound support. Domestic and fresher candidates are not applicable.
