POSITION SUMMARY
IT Specialist – Provides user support in the Information Technology Department.
WORK SCHEDULEMonday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide user support on day‑to‑day IT issues in assigned geographical area.
- Serve as site support technician issues in assigned geographical area.
- Provide technical assistance to computer system users.
- Answer questions and resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone or from remote location.
- Other tasks as assigned.

EDUCATIONAND/OR EXPERIENCE
Two years experience in IT service and technology.
ADDITIONAL AREAS OF PREFERRED EXPERIENCEExperience preferred with Windows, MacOS and iOS, DNS, DHCP, Printers, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting.
COMPUTER/SOFTWARE SKILLSDesktop/Laptop management, Software installation and troubleshooting, use of Help Desk Ticketing systems, Internet, Microsoft Office Products
PHYSICAL DEMANDSWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk, talk and hear, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee may need to lift up to 50 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENTOffice environment with visits to automobile dealerships.
