Lucid has an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our Revenue Technology & Operations function. The Revenue Technology & Operations team drives key technology initiatives across the revenue lifecycle, from lead to opportunity to closed won. We’re looking for a GTM Systems & Automation Manager who can help us accelerate field productivity by optimizing our GTM technology stack and AI/automation capabilities for workflow efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities- Design and implement scalable automation and AI-powered workflows that improve field productivity, identifying workflow bottlenecks and delivering technical solutions that address core execution challenges
- Orchestrate multi-step data enrichment and transformation workflows using platforms such as Clay, Workato, APIs, and adjacent orchestration tooling to activate data and context across systems for field use, reducing reliance on fragmented point solutions
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize GTM technologies, including AI and emerging tools, providing thought leadership on our organizational framework for “build vs. buy” solutions
- Own the architecture and scaling of field workflow automation across the GTM technology stack
- Work directly with frontline Sales and Customer Success teams, in close coordination with Revenue Enablement and leadership, to drive adoption of our GTM tools and workflows – identify training needs, build how-to resources, and reinforce best practices
- Partner cross-functionally with Business Systems, GTM Strategy & Operations, Analytics, Enablement, Product Marketing, and other stakeholders to define scalable processes, maintain documentation, ensure system alignment, and uphold data governance and privacy standards
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing automated GTM systems, including data enrichment, transformation, lifecycle automation, and cross-platform integrations across marketing and sales technologies
- Technical knowledge and experience with these types of platforms:
- CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot)
- AI and workflow automation (Workato, Hightouch, Zapier, Clay, Claude, Gemini)
- Sales engagement (Salesloft, Gong, Outreach)
- Enrichment (Clay, Zoom Info, Apollo)
- Hands‑on experience supporting and scaling outbound GTM campaigns, including list building, enrichment, segmentation, routing, and activation across sales and marketing systems
- Proven team player and collaborator with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, organization, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Natural problem solver and a quick learner with a builder mindset
- Experience working at a product‑led company or marketing operations/revenue technology agency
- Experience in the field (quota‑carrying roles) or working directly with field roles
