We are hiring immediately for Inbound Technical Support Process For US Shift.
Job Role:
Attaining inbound calls from customers regarding printers, routers, emails etc. Analyze the issues correctly and sell the relevant plans and software. Must have dialed in outbound tech process for more than 6 months and be able to close calls and take payments from the customers.
- Attain inbound calls from customers regarding printers, routers, emails, etc.
- Analyze issues accurately and sell relevant plans and software.
- Close calls and process payments.
- Pitch service plans confidently.
- Experience in outbound technical processes for more than 6 months.
- Fluency in English.
- Comfortable working night shift.
- Fixed salary on the 1st of every month in salary account plus huge incentives.
- 24 leaves in a year plus comp‑offs and birthday leaves.
