Junior Analyst – AI & Operational Reporting

Hourly, non-exempt (full-time)

Operational Reporting & Analytics

• Build, maintain, and enhance operational reports across sales, service, and agency performance
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Work with stakeholders to define reporting needs and translate them into dashboards or outputs
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar) to accelerate analysis, reporting, and workflow automation
• Assist in developing lightweight AI-driven workflows to improve reporting efficiency
• Continuously explore new tools and methods to enhance productivity and output quality

Data Management & Quality

• Assist in cleaning, structuring, and validating data from multiple internal sources
• Identify inconsistencies or duplication in reporting data and propose solutions
• Support ongoing improvements to data pipelines and reporting accuracy

Business Collaboration

• Partner with operations, sales leadership, and other teams to support decision-making
• Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Develop a working understanding of insurance operations and key performance metrics

Education & Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in analytics, reporting, operations, or related field
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of data analysis concepts (aggregations, trends, KPIs)
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar)
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain data simply
• Exposure to SQL, Python, or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus
• Basic understanding of insurance or financial services is a plus

• Experience working with large datasets or operational reporting
• Curiosity about AI and automation in business workflows
• Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• This is an in-office-based role with prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
• Must be able to pull or lift up to 15 pounds at times and may require extended hours during peak renewal periods.
