The University Analytics & Institutional Reporting (UAIR) office houses a transformational group of data professionals that turn complex university data into meaningful, highly valued information that is trusted by university leadership to drive strategic decisions, and generate official figures reported to regulatory, external and public agencies.

The UAIR team operates with an iterative mindset of continuous improvement, learning and adapting strategies as we go. We believe the strengths and knowledge each person brings to the team bolster our collective work and aim for a collaborative environment where we thrive together while tapping into our strongest individual contributions. If you're the type of person who loves data and wants to know your work has meaning, you may find your career home in our office.

We are seeking an experienced manager who will play a pivotal role in driving strategic survey analytics across the university. The Survey Manager oversees a team that serves as the university's primary point of contact for institutional survey coordination, overseeing the full lifecycle of surveys administered to students, faculty, and staff. This role leads the development, execution, and maintenance of data driven processes, applications, and reporting systems that support institutional research and strategic decision making. Acting as a subject matter expert in survey methodology, the Survey Manager offers consultative services to campus partners to design rigorous research instruments, ensure methodological integrity, and translate survey findings into actionable insights.

The manager combines advanced technical skills in survey research methods, data analysis, reporting, and visualization with a deep understanding of the university context. The manager ensures the generation of executive level qualitative and quantitative analyses, communicating results clearly and accurately, and enabling survey data to be leveraged by the university.

The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in social science, data analysis, data visualization, and collaboration with decision-makers and stakeholders.
