CLA is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join our Internal IT team in Salt Lake City. The role drives Agile mindset and maturity across the IT organization, coaching Product Owners and other Scrum Masters, and facilitating all Scrum ceremonies to support delivery.
You will supervise multiple teams, remove blockers, and partner with Leadership, Product Owners and Architects to align strategy with execution. A Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience are required.
